According to official elections site, Central Elections Commission of Russia, there are at least two presidential elections going on right now: election #2 (http://cikrf.ru/counter2.htm), which seems to be more official, and just an election (http://cikrf.ru/counter.htm), which is kind of shadow.
Let me stress the point: both results come from single source, official election commission!
UPDATE: as of now, 8:40 am Moscow time, there is only one counter (#2) is available. Alternative counter (below) is not available anymore.
