There is a new trend is starting to pick up, coworking. This is when several freelancers rent an office space, share all expenses and work together on their own things.

Coworking has all the pluses of organized environment and also pluses of freelance work. However, it eliminates annoying corporation features such as pointless meetings and outdated hierarchy. It also has no downsides of working from home such as relatives, pets, children and other distractions.

I like this idea of community of free workers.
