US Center For Security Policy To Iraqi Civilians: “F*** You All!!!”

I’m not sure for how long it will stay on the front page of US Center For Security Policy… the picture there says “F*** You All!!!”, but in Russian.

For some reason, comment under the picture says, “A U.S. Army IO team speaking with Iraqi civilians (DOD Photo)”.

I’ve checked, it’s a local picture (not hot linked), residing on Center’s server:

Dear Mr. Senko,

It is illegal to hack into websites, edit photos and delete stories as you have done. We will take legal action if you continue to do this.

Dear CSP webmaster,

I agree 100% that it is illegal to hack into websites.

However, I’m not sure if you can understand the difference between “noticed” and “hacked”. I did visit your site and notice that it has funny picture, I did not hack your site. I was just visiting it using HTTP protocol in “read-only” mode, as any other regular visitor would do.

The fact that you started this dialog with a false accusation tells me, that you are having pretty much hard time. I don’t blame you for technical incompetence, however, an apology from you would be appropriate.

Best regards,
Pavel Senko.
