This is how Apple Mobile Phone is going to look like. According to rumors, of course.
I’m not sure if it will hold “iPhone” name. Cisco Systems already launched iPhone product (Cisco IP Phone), so Apple, most probably, call this one myPhone, aPhone or ipodPhone something.
It seems, Apple was hoping to buy “iPhone” trademark from Cisco, but the price was too high, so there was no agreement and Cisco has announced its own iPhone.

Other possible names for Apple Mobile Phone: iMobile, aMobile, iMode, iMore, iTalk, iPodm, iMod.

First of all, you should source the site you got the story from. Second, you shouldn’t watermark an image that doesn’t belong to you.

1. The source is given. If you take a look, the word “rumors” has a hyperlink to the page with original picture (much better resolution).
1.a. Are you Apple employee? Where did _you_ get the picture? “…I am just passing on the info as I receive it” - (quote from your page) very fishy. If you are the creator of this picture (I can believe it is a fake), and you will be able to prove it, let me know, I’ll replace it with a screenshot of your site and hyperlink to your page.
2. I watermark what I host to prevent bandwidth theft. You do the same.
